This Referral Agreement Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Tahrana Growth Ambition Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to comply with this Policy in full.

Eligibility

Minimum Requirements:

Age:

You must be at least 18 years old.

Account Status:

You must be an active, paid user of Tahrana Growth Ambition services.

KYC Verification:

Completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory.
You will not be eligible for referral rewards if:
You are a Free User.
Your KYC verification is incomplete or pending.

Affiliate Income Structure

Direct Referrals:
Earn commissions for each new user who signs up using your unique referral link and meets all eligibility criteria.

Level Benefits:

To unlock income from each level up to 20 levels, you must directly refer at least 20 eligible users.

Level 1:

Earnings from your direct referrals.

Levels 2-20:

Earnings from the network of users referred by your direct referrals, expanding up to 20 levels deep.

Commission Rates:
Commission percentages for each level will be communicated separately.
Tahrana Growth Ambition reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.

KYC Verification

Mandatory Compliance:
All affiliates must complete KYC verification to qualify for rewards.

Process:

Provide valid identification documents as required.
Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

All the compensations will be provided to the person who complete KYC with company.
Incomplete KYC may lead to suspension or termination from the Programme.

Payment Terms

Payout Schedule:

Commissions are calculated realtime.

Payments are issued on banking hours only.

Minimum Payout Threshold:

A minimum payout of ₹200 is mandatory for commissions withdrawal.

Payout Schedule:

Payments are made via Bank Transfer [NEFT]

Ensure your payment details in the account kyc are accurate.

Affiliate Obligations

Compliance with Laws:

Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while promoting Tahrana Growth Ambition.

Ethical Marketing Practices:

Prohibited Activities:

Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.

Misrepresentation of Tahrana Growth Ambition products or services.

Use of misleading or deceptive advertising.

Engaging in fraudulent activities or promoting fake incentives or sign-ups.

Content Usage:

Use only approved marketing materials provided by Tahrana Growth Ambition.

Do not modify trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content without permission.

Termination

By Tahrana Growth Ambition

We may terminate your participation for:

Violation of this Policy.

Fraudulent or unethical behavior.

Activities harming Zbazaar's reputation.

By Affiliate:

Self resignation can be done anytime by providing application to Zbazaar.

By Affiliate:

Upon termination, all rights granted will cease immediately.

Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of Policy violation.

Modification of Terms

Tahrana Growth Ambition reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Changes will be communicated via email or through the Zbazaar platform.

Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

Zbazaar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

Our total liability will not exceed the total referral commissions paid to you in the preceding three months.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh Jurisdiction.

Any disputes will be resolved through Arbitration/Courts in Uttar Pradesh Jurisdiction.
